- Cercetatori de la Institutul Francez INSERM au publicat
in revista „Cell Metabolism “ au explicat cum proteinele reduce
apetitul, si foamea.
- Cercetatorii Francezi au constatat o alimentatie bogata in proteine, da semnalul
activitatii genetice de crestere a glucozei pe care ficatul trimete semnalul
catre cerebral de stopare alimentara.
- Cecetatorul Gilles Mithieux presupune eliberarea substanzei ciclice AMP care
activeaza gena de producere a glucozei.
Un studiu stiintific cu Christian Roberts de la Universitatea din California arata ca in numai trei saptamini se inbunatateste valorile sanatatii, la 31 de barbati cu obezitate severa:
Majoritatea obezilor sufera de sindrom metabolic, hipertensiune arteriala, valorile de colesterol inalte, dezechilibru glucozic, creste numarul de cazuri cu diabet tib 2.
- Schimbarea regimului alimentar, reducere calorica, cu fibre dietetice, program sportiv de 45 min. - 60 min.
- La ateroscleroza regimul alimentar si programul sportiv trebuie prelungit pe lunga durata.
